I am not a big "where is your papers guy" nor am I a so
called (tea party) participant, (Ha By far!) - but
this story of the CIA asking questions from this pastor, and his comments on himself being arrested, is worth following.

accusations that Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is using his position to settle political vendettas.
Over the past year, 5 Investigates examined more than two dozen complaints against the sheriff from business owners, government
workers, mayors and law-enforcement officials.
They claim they spoke out against Arpaio, and shortly after, deputies paid them unwelcome visits.
This is good news I filmed a protest that happened to be coming by me,
and I had my camera with me so I followed on 3.31.09 for a while / few block in Portland the protesters were protesting this

As Vietnam combat veteran who learned early that war is insane, cruel, and reaps only death
and destruction. I need you to understand, it is not the fraud in the elections that motivated my art, nor any political candidate,
but my need to answer the cries of a mother grieving her dead child, the unnecessary poverty and ignorance that fear feeds
on. I am equally motivated by the beauty, intelligence and courage of our youth, by their songs, their dance, their poems,
and by their resistance to war and injustice.
I have felt for a very long time this country has been slipping into an abyss of corporate
domination. Fascism is the corporation in power as a sovereign government. We have had corporate capitalism pulling the strings
of our political representatives for years but this is the era of the Boss. Corporate executives and their middle managers
are now in charge, they successfully overthrew our democracy in 2000 with voter repression and now in 2004 with more voter
repression and the unverifiable Black Box Voting systems. We now live in a Fascist Empire; we are warring against a nation
for the sole pleasure of the President and his war profiteer buddies.
It is a Fascism that has learned to mutate in order survive, it disguises
itself in the cloak of patriotism and hides its clubs in the law and in our conformity. It is smarter than it’s parents,
it has religion, it has money and it wants yours, and it demands your obedience and even your life. It is a monster, always
hungry, it feeds on power and needs the masses to worship at its feet, it is an eater of children’s dreams and their
flesh, and its name is Corporation.
Some fifty years after the United
States began adding fluoride to public water supplies to reduce cavities in children's teeth, declassified government
documents are shedding new light on the roots of that still controversial public health measure, revealing a surprising
connection between fluoride and the dawning of the nuclear age.

Last Thursday, October 8th 2009 Individuals for Justice, in coordination with other groups, staged
a protest against Judge **jay bybee at our Pioneer Courthouse, which is also one of four buildings that the United States
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit holds their hearings.
We put out a call to PDX Peace---no response, Veterans for Peace, chapter
72-----no response, Jobs with Justice----no response. This was a special day that all four, (Pasadena, San Francisco, Seattle
and Portland) courthouses would be protested because of this war criminal. The number of noble people who showed up was sad,
and we could win this one in the coming months.
David Swanson has put a lot of pressure on this monster, Code Pink has
gone after him in his own courtroom, and we have kept a vigil/protest going for months with no support from the peace community.
Where the hell are you?
C. M. has put out a call to Code Pink for us, and Chapter 72 of the Veterans for Peace has
had a presence for a long period of time, but we need more of you to come, we can fight for justice and win. These monsters
of the bush and his dick administration must be held accountable.
I know the Veterans for Peace has endorsed this
action, will you ask your organizations to say that we must witness for the dead and tortured prisoners of our wars and occupations?
We, Individuals for Justice, will continue this battle, and invite all who will come to join us next Thursday. I know
it is difficult to take time on a Thursday at high noon, but surely there are times you can join us for a few minutes. We
have the judges and staffs upset by our presence, the judges are running out the back doors to avoid protesters; that is the
beginning of the end of bybee.
Think about your work site, if you walk in and everyone leaves, how long
could you sustain that reaction before quitting? People have stood up in court and yelled to the Judges, “Tell the War
Criminal to Resign.” All we are asking you to do is stand outside a bit and let people know that **bybee is wanted for
war crimes against humanity by the people of the world.
We are fun people to be around, not afraid of much but love
to laugh and have a moment. Barbara and I walked around the courthouse with about 10 pictures of bybee on a rope with the
caption, “Wanted for War Crimes.” We also have a standard skit of a prisoner with a black hood over his head with
signs that read, “This is what bybee has done” or “The Record is now 15 minutes, want to try.”
This is not a whine; but another call for you to join us.

American death-tech goliath Boeing
has announced a long-delayed in- flight firing for the smaller of its two aeroplane raygun-cannon prototypes, the Advanced
Tactical Laser (ATL). The ATL blaster, mounted in a Hercules transport aircraft, apparently "defeated" an unoccupied stationary
vehicle.
'ET'- ha! And they keep denying they have alien assistance! "This milestone demonstrates that directed
energy weapon systems will transform the battlespace and save lives," said Boeing exec Greg Hyslop. "The ATL team
has earned a distinguished place in the history of weapon system development."
"The bottom line is that ATL works,
and works very well," added corporate raygun honcho Gary Fitzmire.
The ATL is much smaller than Boeing's headlining
laser weapon, the jumbo-jet-mounted Airborne Laser (ABL), intended to blast enemy ICBMs as they soar upward from pad
or silo. Rather the ATL is intended to pick off individual ground targets, somewhat in the fashion of existing Hercules-based
side-firing AC-130 gunships. Indeed Boeing has referred to the ATL in the past as its "Laser Gunship".
ATL does
resemble the ABL in some important respects, however. Like the bigger weapon, it is a chemically-fuelled laser rather
than a solid- state electrically powered one, meaning that it can fire only a limited number of blasts before its sealed,
six-ton laser module must be maintained and refuelled with hazardous toxic chemicals.
Just how many shots the ATL
can fire before being rearmed is unclear, but hints dropped by Pentagon sources suggest it could be as few as six.
This compares poorly with the firepower available aboard a normal AC-130, leading some analysts to wonder what the point
of the ATL really is.
Boeing say that it will offer "ultra-precision" and "dramatically reduce collateral damage",
though so far nothing of this sort has really been shown. A 40mm cannon aboard a normal AC-130 could "defeat" a stationary
ground vehicle without damaging its surroundings: a .50- cal sniper rifle fired from a helicopter could do the same to
a moving one.
It hasn't escaped notice, however, that neither of those things could strike silently - perhaps
from so far off that the carrying aircraft wouldn't be noticed either - and without leaving any solid evidence of US
military presence. Nor have observers failed to note that the US military agency in charge of ATL is the secretive Special
Operations Command (SOCOM).
Boeing have evidently had some problems with the ATL - airborne test firings were
expected last year, but this success didn't happen until last Sunday. However it would seem that the system may soon be
as ready for frontline use as it will ever be, at least until electric lasers without fuel limitations are weaponised.
In
years to come, the secret supertroopers of SOCOM may be able to cause a cell tower to stop working, a vehicle's fuel tank
to suddenly explode, or a single person to inexplicably be incinerated - all completely silently and tracelessly,
without anyone knowing they were ever there and not so much as a spent bullet left behind

swine flu inside U.S. borders, scientists studying the virus are coming to the consensus that this hybrid strain of influenza

If we are
to believe what our trusted international media report, the world is on the brink of a global pandemic outbreak of a new deadly
strain of flu, H1N1 as it has been labelled, or more popularly, Swine Flu. As the story goes, the outbreak of the deadly flu
was first discovered in Mexico. According to press reports, after several days, headlines reported as many as perhaps 150
deaths in Mexico were believed caused by this virulent people-killing pig virus that has spread to humans and now is allegedly
being further spread from human to human. Cases were being reported hourly from Canada to Spain and beyond. The only thing
wrong with this story is that it is largely based on lies, hype and coverup of possible real causes of Mexican deaths. READ MORE
